Kim not being sufficiently competent is the biggest factor for him not getting to year 4. That factor is way ahead of all other factors.

Whomever ends up being the NPOY this season, you could add him to our roster and we would not make the tourney. A single player is not going to be able to overcome our various shortcomings.
