The combination of the least talent, least experience, least size, and worst coaching is usually not a recipe for success. Particularly when paired with at least to date the least amount of preparation and effort. Its difficult to surpass other programs when you are inferior to them in every way.
This will be the least talented team Kim has coached at MU, the least experienced roster he has had, and the one with the most significant size deficiency. Hopefully he can improve to being below avg as a coach, and they can play with more effort and more cohesively. I think even your best case scenario looks like things could come together for about a 10th place SEC finish, I'm must not sure its realistic to project a top end potential greater than that. We have just lost too many assets, and there are too many known significant deficiencies. I think the schedule is easy enough that we should be able to surpass his previous win totals and exceed 10 wins this season though.
