Those waivers apply to players who transfer to four-year schools or who go pro. Kentucky and others don't get hit with APR sanctions because they aren't penalized for players who go pro.
We likewise will not be punished for players who transfer to other four-year schools.
Our issue right now is that a couple of transfers haven't yet enrolled in a four-year program, and because we had several in the past who didn't, either, we don't have much wiggle room.
