Copying and pasting a thousand words you don't understand does not clarify the situation.
Case in point:
"The timing of Clark leaving impacts when his effect is reported, i.e. not yet included in our current numbers. He can't be at MU for 5+ semesters and not be ever factored in."
Everyone (who understands APR) knows Clark isn't simply removed from the score. He's been factored in for two years already. All leaving early potentially changes is whether he counts for one semester last year or two.
