somewhat shrouded in mystery and relies on the schools themselves to tabulate and submit them. For example in the 6 years of its existence only once has ku not had a perfect score of 1.000.
Its certainly plausible that MU could submit a qualifying number in 2015-16. But the math doesn't seem to suggest that is obtainable.
