I don't see it as being much different. Neither really were qualified for their jobs. Kim was completely unqualified for the job and was hired with major question marks about his ability to effectively do the job. He has shown that he is incapable of doing the job and the hire was bad but yet we are unwilling to admit the mistake after 2 years like SLU was.
