Please don't play the fool again. PAC is paying all the upfront costs so they can own their own network outright. That will maximize cash flow after all startup costs are absorbed. Why would they do that if they were going to lose money? It makes zero sense.

The ACC Network is coming.

Why you're naysaying a conference network for your school is insane. This thought process is exactly why the Big 12 has struggled and needs to add non P5 schools to ensure its long term survival.
