Leaders have to be able to play. Phillips and Puryear showed the potential to lead both in the locker room and on the court. They are not Coward and Buntin, but they didn't get to play with the talent that Coward and Buntin did.

Phillips and Puryear showed me that they have the potential to be pieces of a good basketball team. Obviously, they have to get better each year.
