We should have been bringing in ready to contribute talent initially so we didn't overexpose those guys and cause them to wash out. Now instead we have neither.

Last year's freshman class is no more positioned to be of the necessary caliber than the year before. If we put them in the same role, they are going to fail accordingly. They are actually less talented, but seem to quit less.
