I'm saying when it was still realistic we could have competed had we supplemented our inherited assets with transfers we could have experienced a reasonable level of success that wouldn't have led to this track record which is now preventative of us recruiting at a reasonable level.
Kim took over like 2 years and a few months ago. He inherited a program that lost its two best players early to the draft which left a huge leadership and scoring void. In those 2 years following we have brought in 14 freshman:
Jakeenan Gant
Montaque Gill Caesar
Namon Wright
Tramaine Isabell
D’Angelo Allen
KJ Walton
Kevin Puryear
Terrence Phillips
Cullen VanLeer
Mitchell Smith
Willie Jackson
Reed Nikko
Frankie Hughes
Jakoby Kemp
That is a preposterous approach, and of course it left a roster that is too young and unable to compete.
