Mississippi State was in a long time before it became an issue.
Also, Green Bay has had 100 years to build a brand, and of course had the successful Lombardi teams, including the first two Super Bowl winners, and 13 overall titles. Easier to build a winner with Milwaukee within 90-120 minutes and northern Chicago suburbs less than 4 hours away (200 +/- miles).
