get slapped with a antitrust suite by a non power 4 school.


Got to keep the tourny the same format so the non power 4 feel like they "have a chance". Instead of having the NCAA take 760 million to organize a tourny pay a independent panel to pick the teams for less than a million. No lawsuits and you get to keep all the money.
