We used to live near 63

neighbor had not one but 2 dogs get hit on 63...everyone always let their dogs roam in our old neighborhood, and they'd usually stay in the neighborhood. These dogs were female and seemed to stay put but for whatever reason decided to roam one day. I had a dog hit by a car in front of me when I was a kid, the whole thing sucks. As for the people with the car I wouldn't release my info who knows what kind of nuts they might be.
