What mistaken and failed policy choices? do you realize that the entire area of southern California is at risk and it was started by a single house fire on a windy day. I lived in southern California for a while and you can have 50 mph winds for several weeks several times a year. I remember driving on I5 and I saw a car blown of of the road and into a truck in the other lane.
