Yes I read the transcripts you posted from a Trump September discussion on that issue. Would you care to elaborate because Trump did not regarding what happens to the water? I'm not really sure what Trump was getting at when he spoke of "canals" that exist that he built that take water from northern to southern California. The closest thing to that is the LA Aqueduct that drains the eastern side of the southern Sierra's and was built back in the early 1900's and is fully operational. There are no other aqueducts that I am aware of from the northern California to LA.
