With no promises of money for high school kids.

That way in 1 or 2 years as you see them develop you can use your previous relationship.

Also it's still worth getting them on campus so you can see them work and determine if they are truly worth more money next year.

Paying big money to high school recruits is probably not the way.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
