You pay these incoming freshmen for NIL. They get frustrated, because they aren't developed and ready to see the field. Then they leave for another NIL deal elsewhere. The key is to snag more experienced players off another team's roster. Drink seems to be doing OK in that regard.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
