logical fallacies in one thread not sufficient for you?
1. I don't reject the science behind evolution or geology.
"Your “proof” was talking about a human being. You have to define a human being that everyone agrees upon."
The expert witnesses from around the world and all of the embryology textbooks used in medical schools agreed upon what a human being is.
There is an ontological change at conception. The two gametes, specialized reproductive cells, the sperm from the fatherm and the oocyte (egg) from the mother, each have 23 human chromosomes. When they combine into a single cell a new human being comes into existence. It is a 'being' by any scientific definition and has unique DNA different from both it's mother and its father. The only physical things that new, unique human being needs throughout the rest of his or her lifespan is a safe place to live and nutrition - food and hydration.
That being has a human mother and a human father. Do you believe that perhaps it might be a frog being, or perhaps a duck being? No, any rational scientist will tell you that it is a human being. Any other answer would be absurd, of course.
There are no other ontological changes like the one that occurs at conception throughout that new human beings lifetime.
