You are confusing two different concepts.

No one has successfully defined what a human being is. It is clear you have never studied the Mind-Body Problem or the Theory of Mind.

Do you believe a “human being” is just matter? Or do you believe it also consists of a soul?

If you believe humans have souls, then you have to prove when ensoulment happens.
