assume that the constitution was written by, for and about American citizens. To suggest that the constitution reaches around the world and either permits or prohibits any foreigners from any Statements or actions I think is silly.

I do not believe that agents of a foreign enemy government should be allowed even in this country, and certainly not to incite and inspire uprisings against our country by foreigners in this country.
