You saw no LEGAL problem with any of the speech I mentioned.

To say you are "OK with it" is inaccurate.

Our discussion raises an interesting point: whether the constitution applies to people who are not American citizens and/or not on American soil. You and I will disagree, no matter how that is defined, but I would argue that the constitution does not protect or immunize foreign nationals or agents from using propaganda for inciting violence against our nation.
