speech, no matter how evil, heinous or aggressive should be permitted and you don't want the government to EVER control or abridge it? Even by foreign nationals, intent on destroying this country.

So hardline Muslim terrorists from Hamas, hezbolla, or some other camel jockey club set up public meetings to get American citizens to listen to anti-Americans speeches, lies about our history and our ideology and then try to convince those Americans attack their own police, military and citizens, that would be OK with you. Right?

I believe you think there is no such thing, or should be no such thing as incitement to riot, plagiarism, slander or publicly plotting to overthrow the government or kill certain people.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

So in times of war Chinese, Iranians, North Koreans could come here, set up a booth at an elementary school and preach to children about the evils of America and the virtues of overthrowing it. And remember, in this hypothetical, the bad actors are not American citizens but agents of foreign governments hostile to your own country.

And the Chinese could put up such a booth at every elementary school, every junior high school, and every high school in America. Free speech, incitement to riot? Insurrection?

Would / should this be criminal in any way?
