That's not okay with me, but the speech itself is not a crime.
I've never said there is no such thing as incitement to riot, plagiarism, slander or publicly plotting to overthrow the government or kill certain people. I've said those aren't crimes or otherwise actionable. You're either confused or making strawman arguments.
Yes, the Constitution prohibits acts of Congress to abridge any speech, even speech by non citizens of the US
None of that is or should be criminal.
