When i flew back from LA earlier this year i encounterd that

I flew out of Long Beach and was a little surprised that they allowed an entire family to accompany the person that needed assistance. I always thought they could just take one person with them but it was one person in a wheelchair and like 9 people with them, it was comical.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
