Personally, I've never experienced an issue with Southwest. I've also never had any problems with the unassigned seating feature.

I think with assigned seats it just makes it easier for them to hold the "better" seats for extra money.

Also, I only fly maybe 3-4 times per year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
