little theft as possible, and to the extent a govt is necessary (to protect negative natural rights), we should look to fund it by the more palatable methods of funding the govt.

As for voluntary contributions, I'm told every day by people on here (especially you) how important govt is. So, why would they not make voluntary contributions to something that they see to be so important? And if they don't want to make voluntary contributions, then perhaps we should reconsider the govt's scope and purpose until voluntary contributions are considered.

Do you think you have some sort of "gotcha" on me here? I'm confused as to why you are so excited on this.
