like they do to public. I have not had to deal with MSHSAA paperwork in a few years but for the most part they always had a 'one free' transfer rule and after that the student was ineligible for one year. There was an appeals process for extenuating circumstances.

Private schools do not have attendance boundaries so there is no residency requirement.
