Then why not a student-athlete as well? If regular students aren't limited from transferring then neither should other students. Coaches can leave however often they want too; should we start limiting their job opportunities by preventing them from job switching every year? What you offer is unfair to the players considering everyone else is allowed to switch schools/jobs however much they can.
