If the NCAA has nothing to do with the bowls or the CFB and really has no jurisdiction, how could it hand down post season bans for football all these years? I get the basketball, softball and other sports because those are NCAA events but like if Mizzou wanted to go to a bowl at 6-6 in 2019 why could it not? I just never understood that.
