the correct interpretation of the US Constitution, you won't have much discussion.
Firstly, they are just X people rendering an often split opinion.
Second, SCOTUS was never designed nor intended to decide if the other branches are acting "constitutionally" and SCOTUS regularly gobbles up more and more federal powers never enumerated - simply by rendering decisions and leveraging the false belief that they have the power to do so.
