culture and brought in talented players and coaches to buy into that culture. However, his teams always seemed one play away or one game away from having a great season. This year we finally had all the pieces fit together and things bounced our way.

I'm not seeing the same progression under Gates. This team is very difficult to watch. It's just bad basketball all around and coaching is a big part of that. I'm just not sure if the Dennis Gates culture is going to work or not. What I do know is that we're going to find out one way or another in the next 1-2 years.
