ascendency. Coaching consistency is key. Player development is key. 5* players came to play for Saban as they thought it was the best way for them to gain entry into the NFL.
That is gone.
All new coaches and coaching philosophy. New schemes.
Alabama will no longer be elite year end and year out.
For Alabama fans this is the end and you bet your sweet ass they know it.
