was the beginning of the decline, Onofrio had some big moments but overall mediocre and lost almost every game against KU. Powers was a good choice and had some overall success but went kind of downhill personally. He was also hamstrung by Babs who wanted the football program to contribute money to academics rather than getting any support from her. AD Dave Hart then changed ticket rules and seating areas to extort more money from fans at a time the program was declining.
