really aren't suggesting that running with his index fingers pointing at the ball and his left arm waiving, is a college athletes way of maintaining balance while running are you?

His words say he wasn't calling for a fair catch, which again is not the issue. He pointed and made a waiving gesture. What is he pointing at?
