I don’t think recruits notice these things like a resident would or somebody with kids in local schools. And most larger public districts seem to suck these days as they have become way more incubators for exotic political and cultural ideas. So not shocked to hear about COMO schools. But not really a COMO issue anymore than it it is in most public school districts of size (which is why area small towns seem better to a lot of folks). I was in COMO a couple of weeks ago and did tell my wife that Drink needs to go pull some weeds there around Stadium and Providence.

Florida is pretty sketched out in a LOT of places including Gainesville. Sure, when I visit an active adult community bubble or wealthier areas it is nice. But it’s not a panacea from my many visits and won’t get better as it becomes overpopulated and developed.
