We acknowledge there are laws that infringe on one's rights. We can debate what those laws should be, but there is almost no argument there should be laws against certain actions.

This is a case of an infringement of rights based on a subjective view someone is thinking the wrong things, or may not have committed a crime but acted in a way that makes one uncomfortable. Again, a vastly different argument. That you cannot grasp this large distinction is profoundly embarrassing for you but not exactly surprising to anyone who has paid attention to your history here.
