Intentionally killing innocent unborn human beings is in no way "an unenumerated right recognized under the ninth amendment" any more than a right to rape or assault or murder a born person is.

No. The federal government never ruled that abortion was constitutionally illegal. But if they had, I'm sure you would be in favor of state's rights to regulate abortion over against "the police powers of the federal government".
