Based on the obsession he exhibited in his writings involving Missouri and Quin Snyder, with allegations never substantiated, yet written as fact. Allegations against Snyder and MU that pale in comparison not only to the FBI investigation and multiple Level 1 NCAA violations involving Kansas, but the alleged criminal behavior of KU basketball players during the Self regime. Allegations of criminal behavior never mentioned, swept under the rug and therefore excused.

He is a fraud. If told to write this fawning bootlicking stuff by the Star editors, he is a coward. And to quote Frank Deford when describing this type of sports "journalist", he is a whore.
