on American citizens in need of mental or psychological help.

Is it your position that under no circumstances should any government agency spend government funds to lift a finger to help, protect or save the life of someone experiencing a severe mental breakdown?

Just let them kill themselves, let them die…?

Should someone who served his country in war and is suffering mentally, either from a bullet wound in the brain or psychological wounds from the experience He ignored and cast to side by any and all government agencies?
