There are children with IEP's in Charter schools, some are specifically designed to be schools for EMH or Autism. There is money to be made. The Charter schools that "are so called normal" will turn a kid down if they require to many services that they are not equipped to provide also the first sign of behavioral issues they can end them to a more restrictive environment. Charter schools get state funding in Florida
