students. If there are no kids in charter schools with IEPs that is because their parents have not chosen to move them.
Your argument is somewhat valid with private schools. They are not required to provide the same services as public schools. Those services are often budget killers.
Those on here who advocate the elimination of public schools because of their belief that private schools could pick up the slack never take into account the special services required by an ever-increasing number of students. Successful private schools would not be quite so successful if they were required to meet the same standards as public schools.
