That is purely a GOP plan. It will eventually be that the public schools will have only the kids with IEP'S and private schools will be higher achieving students and eventually the schools will be subsidized by the government taking revenue from public schools. It is already happening in some states. Charter schools are an example of this. charter schools have to see some kids with IEP's but only the mild cases.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
