Constitution (which by the way was a last second change from identifying the States that were to ratify the new Constitution).

"We the People" has nothing to do with present individuals living today and deciding to make their voices heard (whatever that means).

Also, "our form of government" is not a "majority of those speaking win" format. It was sloppily intended to avoid that.

Regardless, "we" don't speak through the actions of govt. And I cannot believe you would disagree after the past 18 months.
