Originally, I was asking 4Tigs thoughts one where the percentage was. Not for factual information, but even in an unknown you can have a percentage in your head to make your choice. We don't know the % of risk for a lot of things factually, but we use those %s that we have in our head to make risk assessments on the fly daily.
