although the good thing is you will save on taxes and then you can self direct where that money goes.

Or at worse, you isolate the problems into those certain neighborhoods and prevent it from bleeding over into other neighborhoods.

The biggest advantage is you get competition and new ideas. Right now, we just get blame.
