original position. While all of those regulations, laws and statutes are preposterously complex and restrictive, it is the responsibility of the owner to follow them. What makes COVID fundamentally different is that the business owners did absolutely nothing wrong. That uniqueness was at the heart of my original position and that is why comparisons are not apples to apples.

All I can do is be consistent with the arguments I have made.
