Pretty much. The issue is the state only has 1-2 difference

Makers per year and we usually don’t get them.
The blue collar 3 and low 4 stars it does produce are similar to any other state so the more you get the less you have to recruit TX and others
We ain’t getting many difference makers from other states either. This means the only way we get near the top of the east is attract a couple difference makers, find a few diamonds in the rough, and have coaching that is superior to the competition. Rare they line up but no reason this shouldn’t always be a 500 team in SEC play with a decent staff
