3 days that it lasted than I ever did with COVID. But the lasting effects of COVID are way worse than the flu's. With the flu, you deal with it for a few days and then you get back to normal. COVID still has me winded and there are days where I still get some symptoms and it's been almost a month since I caught it.

The respiratory stuff from COVID is no joke though. I can definitely see why it kills so many more than the flu. And anecdotally I think COVID spreads easier than the flu. There are more years than not where I never catch the flu. I caught COVID with me and my family pretty much constantly being masked and taking precautions.
