1. Having a true point guard, maybe two, is huge.
2. Franks getting to square up and shoot her 3 is essential, hopefully she doesn't have to play "big" this year.
3. Blackwell was pretty much turned loose last year and she needs to be reined in, play more under control, that's probably the toughest job for Coach P., how much do you turn her loose?
4. Dufficy hits the boards like Frericks, maybe gets you 10 pts a game.
