but they are saying the student belongs in the school...that has nothing to do with health...they are making an education judgment. Their job is to give guidance on the risks and mitigation steps in regards to health..not education.
The education department should give guidance on that.
And then the two guidances taken together should be decided locally (and any other relevant guidance).
